06/26/2026: KI-156

A new known issue (KI) has been identified where a spinner stays on the screen indefinitely when checking in Microsoft 365 documents in Fall '25 orgs. This issue is caused by a Salesforce Summer '26 update. For more information about the KI, including how to reproduce and the fix, reference KI-156.
