12/15/2025: Fall '25 release notes update

An important post-upgrade action was missing in the original Fall '25 release notes. This action is crucial when updating from an older version of Scientific Publications Cloud product to Fall '25. The post-upgrade action is now available in the Fall '25 release notes.
