Description

When an active document is updated and moved into a different state (e.g., from "Draft" to "In Review"), the document is erroneously flagged as inactive. As a result, Collaborator Portal users can only find the document under Inactive Publications in the My Publications tab.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new Document (mvn__CM_Document__c) record with the Publication document type.

    1. Add one Collaborator Portal user.

  2. Move the document until it is in the "In Review" state.

  3. Log into the Collaborator Portal as the user in step 1a.

    1. Navigate to the My Publications tab. Note that the document appears under Inactive Publications.

Workaround

There is no known workaround.
