08/10/2026: Updated Spring 26 Release Notes and Announcements section

The Scientific Publications Cloud documentation has been updated with the following changes:

• A new Required post-upgrade action has been added to the Spring '26 Release Notes, to update Communication object Sharing Settings.
• Sharing Settings configuration has been added in the Announcements tab documentation.
