DescriptionIn Fall '25, when checking in Microsoft 365 documents, a spinner stays on the screen indefinitely and the check-in does not complete.

Root cause:
Salesforce Summer '26 includes an update that affected the check-in behavior for Microsoft 365 documents.

Steps to reproduce
  1. In a Fall '25 org, ensure the Microsoft 365 integration is configured.
  2. Check out a document to Office 365.
  3. On the document page, click the Check In button. A spinner appears and remains on screen indefinitely.
