07/13/2026: KI-156

A new known issue (KI) has been identified where, in Fall '25, checking in Microsoft 365 documents leaves a spinner on screen indefinitely and the check-in does not complete. For more information about the KI, including how to reproduce and work around the issue, reference KI-156.
